| Q: |
"Are my stats always accurate?"
| A: |
All traffic and orders appear in realtime on the website. As soon as a visitor arrives at your Affiliate URL, your counters will instantly show the traffic. The same goes for orders. All orders appear in your tracking within one second of the order being placed. This applies to both telephone and Internet orders. Installations and refunds will appear in your tracking as soon as we are able to post the data. Refunds usually appear within one day of the actual refund. Because it takes some time for installers to get the signed paperwork back to headquarters, installs generally appear approximately seven days after the installation is complete.

| Q: |
"How do I get my Affiliate URL listed in the search engines?"
| A: |
There are lots of methods to build websites that get high listings in the search engines. Search Engine Optimization is a unique and valuable skill. We recognize that most of our Affiliates may not be experienced in SEO (Search Engine Optimization). We constantly optimize your Affiliate site for you. However, we definitely recommend that you use a service to submit your Affiliate URL to as many search engines as possible. Until the search engines know about your Affiliate URL, they cannot consider listing it. There are literally thousands of companies that will do this for you.

| Q: |
"Can I get payment through Paypal or direct deposit -- instead of a check?"
| A: |
Sorry, but not at this time. Checks are processed twice a month. If we are able to offer alternative methods of payment in the future, we will notify you.
| |
| Q: |
"Can somebody call me and give me advice? "
| A: |
With over 250,000 Affiliates, it would be impossible for us to be able to speak with every Affiliate. However, we welcome emails with your questions.
| |
| Q: |
"I signed up a Subaffiliate. How come I didn't make $10?"
| A: |
We pay you for completed sales made by Subaffiliates. We do not pay you to simply sign up friends and family members as Affiliates. Once you sign up a Subaffiliate, you will make $10 for every install that person makes.
| |
| Q: |
"A Subaffiliate I signed up does not appear in my downline."
| A: |
All Subaffiliates will show up in your tracking instantly. Please remember that people visiting your site must use your URL exactly. If they misspell it, they will not be placed in your downline. To protect the integrity of our program, we cannot alter an Affiliate's upline once he/she has created an Affiliate account. However, if a person makes a mistake, they can create a new account -- making sure to use your correct Affiliate URL.

| A: |
No. Our retailer account only permits sales within the contential United States.
| |
| Q: |
"Can I find out my customers' names and addresses?"
| A: |
For security purposes, we cannot provide you with personal details about customers.
| |
| Q: |
"What will my conversion rate be?"
| A: |
Conversion rate refers to how many people sign up in ratio to the number of visitors you receive on your website. Because the quality of website traffic varies so tremendously, we cannot guarantee any specific conversion rates. We have seen conversion rates as high as 10% (10 buys out of 100 visitors), but this is rare. Most Affiliates who send targeted traffic to our site experience conversion rates between .5% and 3%. Your experience may be much higher or lower, depending on your source of visitors.

| Q: |
"Am I an employee of Wirefly? Do you deduct taxes from my check?"
| A: |
As an Affiliate marketer for Wirefly, you are an Independent Contractor, and not an employee of the corporation. As an independent contractor, we will not deduct taxes from the checks we send you. If you earn more than $600 during the calendar year, Wirefly is required to send you a 1099 tax form at the end of the year. This form will advise you and the IRS of your total earnings from Wirefly. It will be up to you to file and pay the appropriate taxes on your income from Wirefly. You are solely responsible for all taxes based on money you earn as a Wirefly Affiliate.
| |
| Q: |
"Is my Social Security Number safe? "
| A: |
Your social security number is only used to establish your account and for reporting to the IRS. We will never provide this information to anyone but the IRS. By law, we are required to report your income to the IRS if you earn more than $600 per year. (And we hope you do!) This is the only reason we need your Social Security Number. You are an independent contractor with Wirefly. We will never deduct taxes from your commissions. It will be up to you to report your income on your tax return and pay your own taxes.

| Q: |
"Explain the difference between Unique Visitors and Total Page Views."
| A: |
Unique visitors refers to how many different people looked at your website. For example, let's say that you visited your website and one of your friends also visited your website after you told them about it. This would mean that you had two UNIQUE visitors.
Now lets say that when you looked at your site, you clicked around the different links and looked at a total of six pages. Suppose your friend looked at five pages. 6+5=11 This means that between two unique visitors, you had 11 Total Page Views.
Obviously, our servers don't really know how many live people looked at your site. When we count "Unique Visits," what we are really counting is how many unique computers visited your site. It's possible two or more people were looking at the screen on one computer. As a result, more human beings may have looked at your site than our actual count of "unique visitors."

| A: |
DISH requires a credit card or debit card in order for your customer to be eligible for the promotion.

| Q: |
"What are some fresh ideas on how to sell DISH? What are other Affiliates doing?"
| A: |
Being creative is key for fresh ideas in Affiliate Marketing. Some of the successful Affiliates have been researching other cable or satellite offers in their area, so they are able to address pricing concerns and are able to speak to why DISH is the better deal. Creating partnerships with other businesses to make sure your fliers are being seen is another success story, but you have to be willing to split profit or offer them an incentive to help you. An example of a great place to create partnerships is through real estate offices. They know who the new credit-qualified homeowners are and have a constant stream of new business walking through their door.
| |
| Q: |
"I could not get in touch with anyone when I had questions. Who can I contact?"
| A: |
All Affiliates have access to Affiliate Support Box located in the Affiliate Portal. These emails are answered in a timely manner with a turnaround period of less than 48 hours, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. If you want to contact someone directly, you can email your support request to affiliatesupport@wirefly.com. Please expect the same turn-around time for a response.
